Delivery of rural exception sites can complex and time consuming ​ due to extensive resources required to manage the process whilst contending with other internal priorities. Rural exception schemes and affordable housing is vital in our rural communities but are reliant on a Housing Association. Working in partnership can achieve more.

We utilise that expertise to work in partnership with relevant partners to plan, design and build the affordable homes through an experienced building contracting arm.

We ensure that projects can be de-risked by early agreement around land and build costs and we navigate both the planning and community engagement processes to ensure effective delivery of affordable homes.
